Cleanse Day Three

Okay, so I screwed up last night but it's a new day.  I made a smoothie for breakfast and am headed out to the gym.  I weighed the same as yesterday 145.5 lbs.  I went to the gym and burned 300 calories.  I didn't do any of the snacks.  I did the salad for lunch and for dinner I decided to not do the soup.  I think the beans in it were causing me some issues.  Instead I had a cob of corn a big helping of green beans and 4 oz. of grilled chicken.  I will do a waist measurement tomorrow morning.
